Maybe the SEC made a mistake and didn't see it. Maybe the SEC didn't get (KATX /KAT-G FILINGS) to it in time? Governments, corporations, companies ,LAWYERS, people in general make mistakes (HUMAN ERROR). Here's a scenario for you that just happened to me. I just received a bill from Bell Mobility. They said I owed them money for a contract that I canceled after the 14 day limit. They had me down for missing the date, so they said on their records. They had to go back to the store that I bought it from and found that it was indeed Bells mistake!
