the additional shares were added as free trading common and stock swaps have to be done with resticted. the good thing is that the additional shares that were added have probably already been absorbed into the market.
with a maxed out share structure and a promise of not raising the A/S, if Erick could muster up an event the stock would probably respond in a positive manner
