No, not necessarily. Like I said, the Field Report is an INTERNAL communication device which by definition means it is not all that public (even though it does satisfy the public disclosure requirements of constructive notice).
The PUBLIC Communication that should drive the share price comes out when Doug gets back.
The sooner folks align themselves with the definition and intent of those two devices, the sooner they will quit expecting a public result from a private communication.
