Anyone of you an MBA or business major...Dont you remember the financial attributes for valuating companies - THE VALUE CHAIN ANALYSIS for drug companies. It has high barriers, FDA approval process is heavy, balance sheet is heavy with loans and there is a lot of investment needed. This company has moved to second or third stage of the value chain with the safety approval for the drug. Drug companies do not make money until the launch! Motly Fool is banking on this one too...SO I WENT ALL OUT ON IT TODAY when i jumoed in.....You will be chasing it when the product is launched...grab a financial analysis book today and use AVANIR as a case study...I LOVE THIS one!
