I really appreciate your use of the word "we".
That means we are all on the same team right?
I deal with negativity all day long from my staff.
Whine whine whine ... I am glad when my staff has
one of those "we" moments. Usually it's something like
them saying "We should string Dave up". While I should feel threatened and should run I still embrace that brief momnent when
I see people coming together.

I would think you'd be a little more enthusiastic about that FR....it bodes well for the not overly distint future pps value.

You're going to recover some or all of your redness....depends on your number of shares and cost...but this FR is good.
