i think if mitch and rob were buying they would have to file some paper work with the sec. or a pr stating a share buyback. but i think all money right now is going to restart the mine. idont think that is the case. i know they would if they could. if they got financing they could start a buyback for i think 10 days before they had to tell us about it. that would be great for the company. good use of financing if they could buy back say 50-100 million shares under 10 cents. then 10 days later tell us about it and file with the sec saying they did.
