I'm curious though, how can someone like him get away with writing a piece like that if the information is erroneous? That would fall under the umbrella of slander/defamation, would it not?
I would think that would be of particular interest when involving the share price depreciation of a publicly traded company.
Considering how litigious a society resides within the United States, this author would be well served to retract those statements if they are, in fact, not entirely truthful.
Either way, I think it's a non-issue for SGGV going forward as it does not impact the resources in the ground or the soaring demand from the market for them.
