ircle Entertainment Inc., formerly FX Real Estate and Entertainment Inc., is engaged in the business of owning and operating 17.72 acres of land located at the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Las Vegas Property is occupied by a motel and several commercial and retail tenants with a mix of short and long-term leases. The Company had commenced design and planning for a redevelopment plan for the Las Vegas Property that included a hotel, casino, entertainment, retail, commercial and residential development project.
