NVS has stated they started taking pre-orders on Jan 22, 2010, so in my view they must have felt more comfortable solicitating orders at that point than say 6 months earlier or Jan, 2010.
I would have to say that NVS's anticipation was improved for some reason.
On the other hand, as we've seen this week, it is possible that Teva itself was also booking pre-orders and now that's trickling over to mnta.
