do you actually think Thoma would make false allegations? further more do you think Susmans firm would make false allegations? I am sure there is already dirt on one of them at least. cheer up yall.

I was under the impression that the hedgies did semi~admit it in court already. I believe it will be in our court soon.

Everyone was lawyered up for the insider trading allegations, and from the judge's approval of the motion for discovery, it's clear that they will need the legal representation. One after the other, the hedgie's used different tactics to dissuade the judge from discovery, ending with Owl Creek throwing everyone else under the bus with the tried and true, "but everyone else is doing it, too" approach. The judge was firm in her approval, although she did limit the discovery somewhat to post petition trading and communication. The two attorneys who had previously said they would comply with the quick discovery were backtracking, claiming it wasn't possible at this point to comply with a two week timeline.
