I made my decision right before the bell to get out . I'm pretty much even, (i had averaged up, dammit) my broker even left 762 shares on the table for me. This afternoon I finally got around to reading the latest filing. It had new wording in it.. They licensed the world wide rights for instant translation from a third party and named it Ortsbo. Pursuant to the Ortsbo license agreement, in the event the company sells all or any part of Ortsbo, the agreement provides for a potential significant portion of the proceeds to be shared with the licensor. I just don't know what "potential" and "significant" could add up to. Plus, there were over 38 million warrants and 12 million employee options that could be exercised . I am unsure, but don't think it included all the warrants from the recent pp, probably just those issed up to Dec.1, 2011. I assume (imo) they have all been exercised.. (I know I would have) So what would the OS be now? I really don't know, but imo to high for me to expect much back in whatever they do. I am a small time player. I do think the company is pretty well funded now, with the pp and any warrants converted. I think Ortsbo is a great product with a great future, If the mother of all press release comes out on Monday, I'll chase probably . I know most people are better at dd than I and figure they read the filing when it came out. I assume that could be part of the reason for the down trend. I Just didn't want to have to think about this all weekend and I am sorry if it bothers some. But, it was there for all to see, since the 8th. Maybe I am making a mountain out of a molehill, but did what I felt was right, at the moment for me.
