here is a summary:
IGTN's auditors, Spector & Wong, completed the audit this week. They are located in Pasadena-CA (626-584-6400). All tax returns, financial statements and corporate records are in order, and have been in order since 1999.
IGTN's next step is to have their law firm complete the SEC Form-10 and file for the last 12 quarters, as required by the SEC. They are ready and prepared, and this will take place this month. It is expected to take 2-3 months before the SEC approves the actual filing, at such time IGTN will make a move to the OTC:BB.
