They don't want to take questions because they don't want to address some of the questions that have been surfacing lately.
Such as:
For the first three quarters of 2010, $4.0 million out of their $4.2 million in revenue came from deals with two companies controlled by their chairman. How much of 4Q revenues came from them? I guess we will have to wait for the 10K.
Other ones that won't be in the 10K: How many _active_ users do they have, since their monthly site visits divided by their total reported "registered" user base yields an average visits-per-month number of less than one.
