I just spoke to etrade about this matter and they said the company doesn't have dtc elegibility as of yet.This means they can't issue shares until they meet elegibility and i was told sometimes companies never do.I don't have any idea of what it takes to meet these requirements and was told i should contact the company transfer agent to find out more details.
