I agree about the volume but that comes when there is confirmation of a breakout. In other words, once we see a test of 8's then a break and hold of the nines we can confirm that this in fact a reversal pattern. Clay is much better at reading charts then me in my humble opinion. But you should check his videos out. They are very educational. At least in my opinion.
