happens all the time to companies ,some make it some dont.1 solution in a reorganization is the reverse split . another is to just stave off creditors until recovery is immenent.with the GE backing its my opinion they have value or GE wouldnt have given them a nickle.there real estate holdings alone constitutes a .36 cent share price, one would think.
