I was looking for something showing the holdings of each officer. I think that it is important to know how many shares each of them has and what restrictions are on them. Most companies provide that on their website or it can be found in SEC filings.
If they acquired shares for themselves then there should be a FORM 4 showing that.
FORM 4 - Statement of changes of beneficial ownership of securities.
A document that must be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) whenever there is a material change in the holdings of company insiders. Insiders required to submit a Form 4 include directors and officers of the company as well as any shareholders owning 10% or more of the company's outstanding stock.
Examples of an insider include the directors and officers of a company. Stockholders who own more than 10% of equity in a company are also insiders.
GRES purchased 52,000,000 for $20,000 and that is more than 10% of TMSH stock.
