Shapiro is investigating. If they do a public release over the wires it will be after filing a suit.

I spoke with name Partner Thomas Shapiro myself on Friday and also read up on his firm. I would highly recommend him as a possible counsel for anyone concerned about losses after selling post Citron and/or MW. In fact that firm is endorsed by the Friends of CCME FB Page for anyone interested in suing Citron or MW related to CCME.

I would hope CCME takes legal action against MW and Citron as well. Is there any reason they wouldn't?

So, yes, they can. And if the bus number is wrong, it does damage the company's charge rate. So ....
