Andrew-Do you have any way of knowing whether either Citron or Muddy Waters has the equivalent of D&O coverage that will provide more of an incentive for the firms to go after them?

Another issue is that many of these firms will continue up to the point it is settled out of court. I'll give you a perfect example that I have first hand knowledge of. You may remember the class action suit against Home Depot by women that claimed they were discriminated against. Well, one of those women worked in a S. Florida store for years...turning down several documented offers for promotion (which meant going salary and working a minimum of 55 hour weeks). Instead she assisted in training other employees for promotion. Finally she agreed to accept a promotion - as like every single employee that is hired, promoted or involved in any type of accident she was sent for a drug test - and FAILED. Her friend, a lawyer that had given up his practice years ago and ran a bar in the Florida Keys, helped her out and filled a lawsuit. It caught the eye of one of these big firms that goes after public companies and they paid him some sort of fee to take over the case. Several other women joined in (I am familiar with each of their stories, but you get the point). End result - this woman is set for life.

So even though there is no case against CCME, that doesn't mean the lawsuits will go away. Thankfully, any settlement will have little to no impact on share price.
