Vale is giving Katx 20k Canadian, each year for 3yrs
Thats 60K, Not a whole lot Guys
Thats the Price tag Vale and Ken put on it
Vales deal is Better than spinning your wheels etc, By far..
Vale likes that area and it took Lucky in...
It locks the property up for both companys
