Are there more things standing in TEVA's way than m-enox and generic Copaxone?
The only impediment to a deal is Copaxone, but it’s an intractable impediment unless Teva were willing to divest branded Copaxone. And then you have ask: What company would want to own branded Copaxone if Teva and MNTA were joining forces to bring generic Copaxone to market? The answer is: nobody.
