I wish I knew more and could be more critical of Dr. K as I am frustrated as well, but how can you say the company has been mismanaged? I do not believe they can do anything to develop a market that they are creating any faster than what they have. Comparing to Ford who went down the drain because they were mismanaged and then rose because they learned from their mistakes and changed is a totally different story and industry.
As for advertising, yes you need advertising, but the type you need is the type Dr. K is doing. Going to trade shows, talking, tours of the plant. Promotional stock services are not the best route for long term growth if you have limited capital. Since they are diluting my shares- I would rather they not do it!!
