From the Emax Q and A, posted by Gurutrader (paid Emax PR rep) on Sept 1 2010 -

"1) what is the official number of shares in the float? 381,716,824 "

Most recent pink sheets data: "Float 530,035,649 a/o Nov 01, 2010""

This means in just 2 months the Emax float rose by 39 PERCENT!

The "transparent" CEO has yet to address or acknowledge this.
