I think the idea sounds ludicrous on the face, as if Deloitte wouldn't connect the dots, especially under this level of scrutiny. And no one has yet explained what the point of such a massive fraud would be, the management has been buying the stock and has given no indication of plans to sell in the near future - so how many years would they have to carry out this borrowing before being able to cash in and flee. In addition, they have been reporting phenomenal earnings growth, which wouldn't help them at all because they would need to borrow ever-increasing amounts to fool the auditor, and it just draws additional scrutiny to their cash.

There is no end-game scenario that I can think of, and they are not acting like any fraudulent company I've ever seen. No pumping PRs - just ask any long, lol, this company doesn't pump enough, they hardly seem to be overly concerned with the share price. No insider selling.

It's crazy, but I think we will see this from Chimin Sang within a few days.
