Please answer the question of where future funding will come from during the course of ramping up this plan ?

Not being an Accountant, I am not sure how to figure the amount of money they have to move forward.

Any assistance with how much was raised by going public to GZFX to the deal with Golden Gate (does GZFX get 1.5 million?)
Can GZFX fold without paying any back ?

This will influence my position significantly.

They mentioned needing 5 million in an article recently.
Do they have to get it ASAP to survive ?

You all may have addressed this already.

Good morning wick..Xan...prof...etc...etc...My vote is YES !!Not pumping anything here but simply believe that a business that is about to fold cannot go forward with expansion plans and the opening of Phil Dist center is a very positive sign.JMHO of course!!...simple
