What I was trying to say was, I think denying it is the lesser of two evils (for her). I really believe that she would fear greatly a judgement against her from her peers & the additional possible subsequent problems for her (with her peers) if she passes it.

Susman has got her in a vice grip & the only way out is to give more leeway for EC in Bancruptcy Court. The Master (Susman & Co) is in action & will sooon be in full flight. IMO.

ruling on it at a later date while allowing the EC to have it's 2004 discovery of the Note Holders' trading activity...that's her best option.

If the EC proves insider trading (and they almost certainly will), the plan is dead and her ruling is considered legally "moot". This means that the EC can't appeal it.
