I would bet on allot of hopeful people chasing penny pumper picks now taking a loss and probably taking a few long investors with them. It happens every day. Follow some of the news letters and Twitter pumpers and you will see it happen. They get everybody excited and sell into the flurry of new buyers then the profit taking starts followed by people exiting with a loss which usually ends in a lower price than pre-pump. It's sad but it's reality.
