I know for a fact Jeff did bring all of the agencies in on Dean and Josh and a couple of others -if not for Jeffs efforts Dean would have got away with all of his fraud and theft-it is not near as complicated as some WANT it to be -Dean and Josh will be prosecuted -the merger will move forward-qasp will gain value -the merger has seen all the cards on the legal issues and have no problem with helping Qasp TAKE CARE OF BUSINEES -just stay there on the outside and watch and gripe and complain - Jeff is not in any trouble here - he is cleaning house just like he said he would - THE TRUTH
