Why would Jeff initiate this investigation if that was his plan?

Why would Centaflix stay around?

And actually offer legal assistance?

Face it, Jeff is legit and has been honest the entire time.

Mr. DeanGenova is trying desperately to launch a rinse/repeat in cahoots with Centaflix to rescue himself from his own poor previous decision making. It looks like the authorities may just nip that in the bud.

Just to let you know, a Grand Jury does not investigate anything. Law Enforcement (FBI) and the SEC are the investigating agencies. The Grand Jury just hears the evidence and either finds there is enough evidence for prosecution (true bill), or there is not (no bill).
