Without update SEC filings the stock is a dead issue,imo. Why you insist not to take this into consideration is very telling,imo. Maybe you would rather sell your shares on the bounce at the expense of another who would buy into the hype?
The company needs to explain the shares that trade and what net-tangible associiation these shares have with the company or not.
