I suggest that Jeff cancel his share holdings and in return take a reasonable payment plan to repay his CCAJ debt. This shell then can enter into many contracts that would be beneficial to many vs just Jeff. Jeff can then buy back in on the open market if he believes the company has a future. One must be innovative when the road to success appears limited.
