You and me both !!! I know the SEC recieved a few complaints after those 2 "buy backs"("because reverse splits are bad for shareholders", quote un-quote) that became reverse splits last year !!! So, I would think there are "eyes" on them.Yet, I'd hate to see it get haulted before I have a chance to "unload/dump" my 8 shares before it hits "dollar-land" !!! Want to at least cover the commission !!! LOL !!!

As I have stated on the board and for the record, one important ingredient to trading this type of stock is the board being so split.....and your opinion just adds more fuel to the fire!!!!!!
