mappo, am I correct in understanding that when a stock is brought down, the company will have limited funds for further exploration?

Vale has claims next door to KATX right.

I hope that Ken will put a public explanation just to were the company is now and what the future plans are.

I am putting on Monday a limit sell order at 1.00 per share. I hope that other Longs who are still holding will do the same.

I had an other stock where shareholders should have received shares like KATX. However they were not distributE-Trade said to me the following: If it is not in the best interest to the company..........

In my opinion Ken had nothing to do with any speculations, it was done by the board posters. It brought stock up quickly and down, and now they are playing the same game up.

Could it be possible for the BVIG/KATG distribution to be in-fact(?) a ploy to raise KATX' pps (for profit) - that the excitement once the distribution PR was released seems at this time to have been overdone - resulting is a superior pps escalation - possibly(?) some sold at quite a profit - could have been a person or a company needing $$.

In researching this guess-theory via Google, I came across the possibility that this "scheme" - especially in Canadian Penny Stocks is not unheard of:

The Market is
controlled by all kinds of different people with different motives.
That's why there are gov agencies such as SEC, FBI etc to observe various groups.
not sure what is the point in that sentence, but one thing for sure is that those agencies should be doing their job probably to have a fair market and not take from us hard earned money and give to already wealthy criminals
if that was directed to some angry negative posters, that would be the stupidest phrase I have never heard except from the groupies cult
who have no other defense than call names to those who are angry and have lost money
Again I am not doubting KATX future for a second
I believe Ken will hit one home run and that is what my money is on and the reason I am still holding all my shares
In the mean time it is frustrating and not happy environment to be in KATX land because of unknown business strategy
as humans we fear and not like what we can not see
clarity is a good start for the company
it is only normal feeling and fear brings anger
for any smart human being that should be understandable and not criticized as the cult groupie does

PS. not that the post was directed to me but I wanted to comment on behalf of those who I trust and know that are good guys and sold or not but are negative posters for now
