I agree about the trust, but I believe that the expensive law firm was a mistake. Exploration cost is expensive, and how much did the law firm do for KATX. Well it is done. I think if we receive those shares promised last year, I think that most will sell at that point and with KATX low share price at the moment, not such good idea. I think they should hold on with the distribution, get some positive results and than do the distribution. Anyway my opinion only.
Do not get me wrong, I would love to have my shares to, but now the timing is wrong.
