FYI...for whatever reason Google (at the moment) seems to give higher priorities to social media sites (presumably due to timeliness or relevance?) A place to start would be to Tweet his mugshot along with his name and any terms people may search for relating to him, investing, China stocks, etc. Make sure that you upload his picture EACH TIME though - do not upload it to say TwitPic once and keep reusing the link. Get about 50 people to do this a couple dozen times each and it will at least make the top 10.

HighPlainSfinkter, regarding your idea to get Andrew Left's mughshot to show up as google's #1 search; It would be a great way to get a little justice served. I don't know if his mugshot is considered copyrighted or if it is public domain, but if it is legal to distribute, then you could do what this girl did to her ex-boyfriend and completely humiliate him by making his picture (with insults included) show up more than 60 times when searching his name.
