Actually it is your DD that is false and misleading.

As a matter of fact, it is more of your OPINION than DD. Most choose to interpret the filings much differently than you. You have not shown any information to support your view other than "because I say so".

I suggest you start placing "IMO" after your statements with regards to ACTT's filings. That would be the responsible thing for a savior to do.
