I'm new to the site and bought twice last week That said will buy again at some point I WOULD LIKE TO SAY OF THE FEW BOARDS THAT I VISIT AND OWN THIS IS FAR AND ABOVE THE MOST SAVOY BUNCH OF TRADERS I HAVE SEEN !! .THANK YOU FOR YOUR VALUABLE INSIGHT AND DD. GREAT POST, SMART DD, I'm all in and will peak at what the pps is Xmas morning 2011! A Xmas present to myself, lol. This is one of those stocks that truly will all come together and be trading on NASDAQ at $10.00 PLUS by then with HUGE contracts being announced, lots of analyists with BUY ratings and High price targets coming out...

The members of this board have done an outstanding job getting out their shovels and doing some serious digging on pretty much everything involving Seawind, 3 Power Energy and Rudana that's available to be found on the Net.

About the only thing we're missing is for someone to actually call James Wilson or Tim Adams or drop by their office, do we have any board followers in the UK or with UK connections..?

Thanks a bunch for your awesome DD chiofunds! I am truly thankful because there is no way I could dig this information up with the limited amount of time I have in a day. It makes it so much easier to confirm what is happening here.

I've got a question for you (or anyone else) regarding the share structure, how does the following statement affect your projections and did you account for this increase in the A/S?

For purposes of consummating the Acquisition, PSP shall increase its authorized share capital to 200,000,000 shares prior to issuing shares in exchange for the interests of Seawind. Rudana Investment Group AG ("Rudana"), the majority shareholder of PSP, shall, prior to the closing of the Acquisition, contribute into the new PSP structure certain Hydro power projects described in the Term Sheet. At the closing of the Acquisition, Seawind shall tender all of the issued and outstanding shares of Seawind to PSP, and PSP shall issue to the owners of Seawind shares equal in amount to the number of shares owned by Rudana.

To me this says they will increase AS by 100 million shares (doubling the current AS) prior to closing the acquisition.

Also, how many shares are owned by Rudana? I recall something like 67% of the AS? That would be 67mil shares will be in Rudana's hands and another 67mil shares will be in Seawind owner's hands, for a total of 67% owned by insiders out of a total 200 mil shares after the deal is done this month.

There is an analyst on yahoo that predicted .35 P/E for 2011 & $228 Million in Revenue((without the inclusion of Seawind or Rudana))

The P/E multiplier in this industry is x20-x70...(Don't Believe me)

FLSR- P/E x21

SPWRA- P/E x61

JKS- P/E x24.8

STP- P/E 53.8
