These past 4 months, we have seen nothing from Dean nor anything from QASP disputing any information from our CEO Jeff Di Genova. Now threatened with the Feds on his back, all of the sudden the man is grasping at straws and writing his own demise.

Jeff did post that he had found about some wrongdoings, but he couldn't have know the extent of it until he got in there and rolled up his sleeves.


So was he lying then or is he lying now?

Jeff DiGenova, CEO and President of Quasar, contacted the appropriate authorities in early October of 2010 to report alleged fraudulent business activities by prior management.
