But, as you can see, Jeff notified the proper authorities in October, shortly after he became CEO.

He has shown he is working for the shareholders, not the fraudsters.

There is no reason the Feds should shut this down since the garbage has been taken out.

I think exactly the opposite. I feel extremely positive on this whole situation for a change. Not only will justice be finally served but we will most likely get some value here for a change. No it's just the beginning for shareholders. The crooks will go to jail (that includes the new BOD) lose all of their posessions and the company will be returned to the shareholders! The shareholders own QASP and if they wanted could vote Jeff as CEO if there was any question that he wasnt in the first place.
