I'm not sure if you have read the Reuter's report quoting Paul Otellini as saying they'll be in "premium" smartphones in later half of the year.

IMO what's happening in MWC is Nokia will announce MeeGo-based but running on ARM N9 smartphone, and Intel will showcase little more about Medfield and/or do a demo using the 2nd generation Aava platform. It'd be quite surprising to see smartphone based on Moorestown, let alone Medfield. Maybe we'll see Moorestown based Tablets.
