Face it the stock is up 22% today, no one believes that fraudulent SoS filing, Jeff is still CEO, no shares are being sold, and all is well. Hope everyone has a good weekend... well not everyone, but most of you ;).

I agree 100%! Jeff has had ample time to Press Release a Correction -AND- plenty of time to submit the Proper Filing with the Colorado SOS.

He is now Choosing his Leverage for a good Share Selling Angle so he can Hoodwink Shareholders into believing that Jeff and Dean aren't working together right now.

In a Nutshell,

Jeff caught Dean.
Jeff "was" going to blow the whistle.
Dean convinced Jeff that the Company would be halted if he did.
They both will sell shares to get Jeff's Money Back.
Raised the A/S.
The O/S will follow.
Reverse Split and Shut er Down~
