Sounds to me like Teva expected approval.

The notion that Teva would give out information like this to potential customers as part of some sort of devious plot to hurt MNTA is verging on paranoid in my opinion.

we have been working with Teva to ensure that all education materials will be available to member facilities for patients upon discharge

why would a hospital need to change any discharge information for patients if using teva vs sandoz vs sanofi lovenox? you just tell them the medication and the dose - not what company's product to use
