yeah, the thing about this is that normally the company is behind a fraud in this type of situation. if i were the ceo, i'd be worried with all the convoluted prs that they put out about reduced authorized and retiring shares. there is a liar in the midst, and i am betting that it is the company and not the market makers. imo, mr. lovatt better have some straight answers ready for the dtcc and the sec over this fallout. all imho.
