I figure at these GOLD prices the RUBY mine can make substantial profits even on minimal findings. It was a good investment and it was made much better when you take into consideration that another firm spent $4 Mil on new updating and preparations.
It will take time. More time than most impatient investors will spend. So, there will be some bargains when frustration overcomes logic. Meantime, I had a few stocks that I felt were quicker and better for the next few months so I lightened here somewhat.
It is my understanding, although there's no way to be certain, that the USCIS timeframes are 3 to 8 months to give preapproval to projects; then, after an immigrant places money in escrow you are looking at possibly 3 to 5 months to get clearance from Homeland Security so that the money can break escrow and go to the project. That, even if you can cut it in half, is enough time to cause a lot of frustration. These are not guesses. I did some research because we are doing a project.
