(OTC Bulletin Board: CPOW), today announced: We have executed a letter of intent to acquire the assets of Alabama Bio Energy LLC, and its subsidiary Eagle Bio Diesel Inc. of Bridgeport, Alabama. Its founder and CEO, Dr. William J. Freeman, MD, has agreed to join the board of directors of Clean Power Concepts Inc., and becomes President of the General Bio Health division of Clean Power.
The Bridgeport facility has a current production capacity of 100 million liters of biodiesel annually from a variety of feedstock. The closing date is March 15, 2011.

This particular ad has nothing to do with CPOW - I mean it is not a targetted attack.
