Do you think it's just that easy to design and implement chips?

Who cares if Intel is the underdog, who says they don't have a chance there is 90% of a market to get right? Same thing as ARM making it in servers.. I don't think it's hard to understand and I don't think 99.88% of peeps care what is in their phone.
