1.) no dilution that I am aware of
2.) as noted on the interview 87,455,XXX
3.) see today new release (came out late because "Super Bowl" is trade marked put the release into a holding pattern with Marketwire...hence we changed it to SB XLV"
4.) understandable I cannot speak to the specifics beyond what we have stated in a release
