So we are talking about a third product with a different molecular weight than the last known weight of Lupenox circa 03 - 06, whether it is still called Lupenox or not.

There is no third product—what Lupin sells in India under the brand name, Lupenox is the same drug ItalFarmaco makes for Teva. It may differ to some degree from ItalFarmaco's drug five years ago (or even earlier).
