EXCEO, I can understand and relate to your comments and frustrations.
In retrospect, as has been noted often, taking profits along the way, in hindsight, was definitely the way to go.
In fact, I believe that is the case with most all pennys.
The market forces and short term mentality, seems to rule the day with these stocks.

What has always troubled me is firstly, my lack of belief that the cultures we're dealing with could care less about us public shareholders. Corruption and an entirely different rules of the game apply.
That's not a part of our life's value structure and behavior, imo.
Secondly, what has always troubled me is the sham posters, who so unbelievably lied and manipulated readers for their own benefit.
We are not 'wet behind the ears youngsters' to this game, but probably never learned to be more cynical about the corrupt behavior out there in our own posters and in our own country.
We've become a culture where greed and corruption is also a way of lfe for way, way too many.

Having said all that, let me end on a positive note.
I still believe, perhaps I should say hope, that developments will unfold to our benefit and that a commercial entity exists. Whether it will come in to existence in our lifetime, is another question.
To believe we have nothing in this incredibly prolific area, is silly imo. In the meantime, the forces that be will determine where we go short and long term as they all jugle their agendas.

Stay well.

I sincerely hope you will see the day when you be happy you had the courage to hold through the tough times. It is certainly one possible result while the rights remain.

I am almost to the point that I want these guys to get into trouble. They are not meeting their fiduciary responsibility to shareholders and I think they must know that by now. At some point they MUST be held accountable for their actions and inactions. Losing all that money in the Stanford scheme no consequences to anybody was bad. Doing a financing as bad as the one they just did with no explanation of why it was necessary is unforgivable. And so is not answering any questions for almost a year now. The last time anyone was allowed to ask any questions was at the last shareholder's meeting. This is no way to run a company and that need to understand that one way or the other.

Keep your chin up exceo...

You still have the potential of Phase II, and you still have the potential of a full ride with a good partner in the EEZ. You may get your money back and more. Who knows...maybe this year. The potential has not disappeared...hopefully just delayed.
