We _could_ have a lawsuit against the Wamu board for breach of fiduciary duties. In theory, we might have a lawsuit against JPM for tortious interference with our contractual rights - I assume that's part of the reason that Wamu wants to backdate the assignment two years.
If we're Class 12 and paid out in full, then these lawsuits largely go away because the LTWs haven't suffered any actual damage.
